Leopoldo has collaborated at the Corporate Services Department of the Firm. He has advised companies regarding corporate and foreign investment matters, incorporations of companies, mergers & acquisitions, spin-offs, transformations, winding-up processes, corporate restructures and strategic partnership, among others related activities.

Likewise, Leopoldo has experience in mergers & acquisitions, joint-ventures and general corporate matters. He has advised purchasers, sellers and investors in mergers, acquisitions, joint-ventures and strategic partnerships.

He has experience in cross-border and international transactions, representing Mexican and foreign projects, and in regulatory matters regarding infrastructure projects in which he has participated in numerous projects for the attention and follow up of regulatory matters and compliance with obligations in charge of diverse concessionaires or licensee companies of such sectors.

Leopoldo also regularly participates in different financial matters, including expertise in all regulatory aspects of non-banks financial institutions in Mexico.
