Alejandra has a solid track record in corporate law, focusing her practice on capital markets, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

She has advised a range of issuers, financial intermediaries and placement agents on equity and debt securities offerings, both public and private, carried out in Mexico and abroad. She has also represented companies and banking institutions in a broad range of bank and non-bank financing transactions, including refinancings, structured financings, and domestic and cross-border loans, both bilateral and syndicated.

In addition, Alejandra has participated in legal due diligence processes in connection with mergers, acquisitions, investments and divestitures involving various companies.

Alejandra holds a law degree with honors, from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
