She has participated in numerous local and international projects, advising companies in various industries on corporate and contractual affairs, including the incorporation of companies or special-purpose entities, meeting minutes, the granting and revocation of powers of attorney, spin-offs, reorganizations, relocations, liquidations, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as matters related to foreign investment. In addition, she has experience in planning and implementing various estate planning strategies, coordinating the transfer of real estate among various companies and trusts in multiple states, including restricted areas.
