Irving is an attorney with solid experience in civil, commercial, and amparo litigation, representing clients before both local and federal authorities. Over the course of his career, he has provided comprehensive legal counsel and representation to individuals, private companies, and public entities, particularly in high-stakes and complex legal disputes.

He is currently an associate in the Litigation Department at Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes, S.C., where he has developed his professional career since 2018. During his time at the firm, he has played key roles throughout all stages of legal proceedings—from drafting claims, appeals, and written submissions, to direct representation before judicial bodies, strategic case management, and engagement with judges, magistrates, and administrative authorities.

His experience also includes participating in hearings and leading teams in the handling of complex litigation matters.

Prior to entering private practice, Irving held positions in various public institutions, including the Federal Institute of Public Defense, the Ministry of Social Development (now the Ministry of Social Welfare), and the Administrative Justice Tribunal of the Federal District.
