Mario has experience in litigation and labor consulting related to the implementation of risk mitigation strategies regarding to inspections carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. He has also been involved in employee transfer processes, developing strategies for hiring and termination of the employment relationship, participating in the attention and resolution of lawsuits.

A recent ruling by the Second Collegiate Civil Court of the Second Circuit, from which isolated thesis II.2o.C.9 K (11a.) derives, establishes for the first time the ethical and methodological parameters for its application in judicial proceedings.
