Mario has experience in litigation and labor consulting related to the implementation of risk mitigation strategies regarding to inspections carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. He has also been involved in employee transfer processes, developing strategies for hiring and termination of the employment relationship, participating in the attention and resolution of lawsuits.
