Gabriel Selvas Villafuerte

Gabriel focuses his practice onmergers and acquisitions (M&A), financings, corporate governance andgeneral corporate matters. Gabriel has advised buyers, sellers, private equityfunds, multilateral institutions and other investors, both Mexican and foreign,in a wide range of complex transactions. His experience includes thestructuring, negotiation and implementation of acquisitions, investments,divestitures, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equitytransactions, both domestic and cross-border, across a variety of regulated andunregulated industries.

Gabriel holds a Law Degree (JD)from Universidad Iberoamericana, where he graduated with honors.
