Iñigo has broad experience in corporate law, focusing his practice on banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and sports and entertainment law.

He has advised various issuers, financial intermediaries, and placement agents in securities offerings, including equity and debt issuances, both public and private, carried out in Mexico and abroad. He has also represented companies, funds, and banking institutions in securitization and structured finance transactions, as well as in a wide range of financing operations, including syndicated loans. In addition, Iñigo has extensive experience advising domestic and foreign buyers, sellers, and investors in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

On May 28, 2026, two precedents issued by the Plenary of the Superior Chamber of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice (Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa or “TFJA”) were published in the Court’s official journal.
