Co-Managing Partner
Francisco focuses his practice on antitrust and competition, mergers and acquisitions, and telecommunications regulatory matters. He has participated in proceedings before the Mexican competition authorities, including the review of domestic and cross-border transactions, investigations into anticompetitive practices, and the design and implementation of compliance programs. He also has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Horacio M. de Uriarte

Co-Managing Partner
Horacio’s practice focuses on the legal and regulatory aspects of energy and infrastructure projects. He has participated in the development and financing of natural gas pipelines, liquefied natural gas terminals, combined-cycle power plants, wind and solar projects, and toll roads. He has also been involved in cross-border mergers and acquisitions within highly regulated industries.

Pablo is one of Mijares’ founding partners. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and public and private bidding processes. A significant part of his practice focuses on cross-border transactions, in which he represents Mexican and international companies and investors. He has also advised on real estate transactions involving hotel, commercial, and residential projects.

Ricardo has more than 25 years of experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. He also represents issuers and financial institutions in public and private debt and equity offerings, participates in the financing of infrastructure projects, and advises public and private companies on corporate governance matters.

Rodrigo specializes in labor and employment matters and has represented Mexican and international companies in mergers and acquisitions, financings, and corporate restructurings.
