Jerónimo has experience in real estate, banking and finance law. He has actively participated in acquisition, development and financing operations for real estate projects, as well as in the preparation of credit and guarantee agreements for national and international banking institutions.

Jerónimo holds a Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana. Prior to joining Mijares, he was an attorney at Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C. in the corporate banking, finance, and mergers and acquisitions practice, where he participated in advisory work on securities, banking, financial matters, and operations related to Financial Technology Institutions (Fintech).
