Julio has extensive experience in financial, capital markets, and corporate law, with more than ten years of experience advising domestic and international companies, as well as government agencies. Throughout his career at various law firms in Mexico City, he has focused on corporate and infrastructure project financings, capital markets transactions, private equity matters, public procurement processes, and public-private partnership projects, advising on all stages of transactions, from structuring through execution and closing.

He also served in the legal department of one of Mexico’s leading pension fund administrators (Afores), where he was involved in matters relating to investments in public and private markets.
