Patricio has experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, financing, as well as broad experience in general corporate law.

He has advised buyers, sellers and investors in acquisitions, mergers and strategic alliances. His experience includes the structuring and implementation of real estate transactions, representing owners, developers and investors. He has also participated in advising companies and banking institutions in financing transactions, including syndicated loans.
