Daniela has experience in administrative law and regulatory matters related to parastatal entities and government agencies. She has participated in providing legal advice to Federal Government Entities and Secretaries on the implementation of policies and regulations.

Her experience includes positions in the Federal Public Administration and in the Supreme Court of Justice in which she has participated in the analysis and creation of several entities, opinion to initiatives of laws and regulations, as well as study and elaboration of drafts sentences.

On April 16, 2025, Mexico’s President published in the Official Gazette of the Federation the new Law on Public Procurement, Leasing, and Services (the "Law"), through the decree that enacts the Law on Public Procurement, Leasing, and Services and amends, adds, and repeals various provisions of the Federal Law on Republican Austerity, the Law on Social and Solidarity Economy, and the General Law on Cooperative Societies.
