Jimena has extensive experience advising several issuers, financial intermediaries and placement agents in securities issuances, including equity and debt issuances, either through public offerings or privately, and carried out in Mexico and abroad. Furthermore, she has advised several companies, funds and banking institutions in various securitization and financing transactions, and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate law in general.

The transaction is the result of a competitive process supervised by the Institute for the Protection of Bank Savings (IPAB), the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP), and the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV).
