Luis is a specialist in labor matters, with extensive experience in consulting, litigation, labor mediation and social security.

His practice focuses mainly on providing advice to the employer sector of various national and foreign business groups and investors representing the economy of our country, developing preventive and corrective strategies for the improvement of employer-employee relations and the reduction of risks derived from possible labor contingencies that arise in the sources of work, in the same way it has participated in employees’ termination proceedings of senior managers of high-end companies.

On May 28, 2026, two precedents issued by the Plenary of the Superior Chamber of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice (Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa or “TFJA”) were published in the Court’s official journal.
